SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION:

After you have spoken to a team member and you are ready to get started with the application process, please follow the 5 simple steps below in submitting your application.

  1. Download the APPLICATION HERE.
  2. Type in the required information into PDF or Print and complete by hand. *Be sure all applicants have signed and dated the application.
  3. Once the application is completed, gather all of the income documents requested at the bottom of the application and included with the application submission.
    • If you have a question pertaining to the documentation, please contact a team member immediately.
  4. Submission
  5. We will contact you to pay the application.
    • The application fee is $45 per adult that will be living in the home. All adult children living in the home must complete the application and also pay the $45 application fee.

Once the application fee is paid and the application is submitted our team can get to work for you immediately. After submission, expect a call from a member of the TCR2O team within 24 hours of submission.
